        Refund and Returns Policy

        Aluminium Loading Ramps

        • Our quality ramps are Rated Loading Devices. Once purchased, they are deemed as “used” so cannot be returned or swapped.
        • Warranty is not transferrable and applies to the first owner only

        Spare Parts

        • Parts are sent out as ordered online to match the advertised description
        • The responsibility rests on the customer to ensure that the parts they have ordered are the correct ones for their machine.
        • No returns or refunds on spare parts, unless negotiated with Melbourne Machinery on a case by case basis

        Machinery and Attachments

        • Refunds and returns are dealt with on a case by case basis, for both machinery and attachments
        • Once machinery and attachments have left the premises, they are deemed as “used” so cannot be returned or swapped.
        • If a return is agreed to, a 15% restocking fee applies
        • Return freight is not covered by Melbourne Machinery
        • Warranty is not transferrable
