Warranty Coverage
All equipment is backed by a 3-Year Conditional Back-to-Base Warranty, including parts and labour for the first 12 months. This ensures peace of mind and confidence in your investment from day one.
Workshop & Repairs
Our fully equipped, on-site workshop is staffed by experienced technicians, allowing us to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently. In the unlikely event of a manufacturer-related fault, simply return the unit to us and we will carry out repairs promptly to minimise downtime.
Parts & Service Availability
We maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and service components, enabling fast turnaround times and ongoing support for your machinery.
Important Notice
This warranty is designed for standard commercial use and does not apply to equipment used within the hire or rental industry.

All customers must agree to and sign the Warranty form at the point of purchase/delivery where they agree to read and understand the Safety Manual and Machinery Operation Manual.
They are also made aware of the timing of the first service and agree to perform it.
WARRANTY SCOPE
Warranty conditions apply to the first registered owner and is therefore not transferable.
Warranty conditions apply to defects in workmanship from the factory, not general wear and tear or breakage from misuse.
All machinery have a 12 months back to base parts and labour warranty. Melbourne Machinery offers a back to base warranty only.
No labour costs associated with warranty performed off site will be the responsibility of Melbourne Machinery.
WARRANTY TIMELINES
– 1 Year Parts and labour on all machinery
– 1 Year parts and labour on KOOP Engines
– 2 Years parts and labour on Japanese Engines
– 3 years Structural Warranty on all machinery
PURCHASER OBLIGATIONS
To secure warranty service, the Purchaser must promptly report the defect by emailing photos and description of the fault to melbmach@gmail.com
The Purchaser must maintain the Equipment in accordance with the instructions provided in the owner’s manual and keep records and receipts for such maintenance.
If a warrant defect occurs, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to cease operating the Equipment until repairs are made. Damage which occurs from continued operation may not be covered by this warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty terminates and is voided immediately upon the occurrence of any of the following:
